Account Information: Name, email address, profile photo, phone number, WhatsApp number, and language preferences when you create an account.
Identity Verification: Government-issued ID documents and selfie photos submitted for verification purposes. These are stored securely and used only for identity verification.
Trip and Request Data: Travel routes, dates, available capacity, parcel descriptions, and related information you post on the platform.
Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes. We store Stripe customer IDs and payment intent references only.
Usage Data: Log data, device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on the platform.
Communications: Messages exchanged between users through the platform's messaging system.

5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Identity verification documents are retained for up to 2 years after account deletion to comply with anti-fraud regulations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings.
