Important: NexLande is a marketplace platform that connects travelers with available luggage space to individuals who need to send parcels. NexLande does not transport parcels, act as a carrier, or take responsibility for the physical delivery of items.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NexLande, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

NexLande provides a marketplace where travelers ("Travelers") can offer to carry parcels for senders ("Senders") in exchange for compensation. NexLande facilitates the connection between parties but is not a party to any agreement between Travelers and Senders.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use NexLande
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You must not use the platform for illegal purposes

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on NexLande:

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
  • Counterfeit goods or items infringing intellectual property rights
  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable substances
  • Live animals
  • Currency, negotiable instruments, or financial documents
  • Items subject to import/export restrictions without proper documentation
  • Any item that violates customs regulations of origin or destination country

Travelers are responsible for knowing and complying with customs regulations. NexLande accepts no liability for confiscated items or legal consequences arising from prohibited shipments.

5. User Responsibilities

Travelers: You are responsible for declaring all carried items to customs authorities, complying with airline baggage policies, and ensuring items comply with all applicable laws.

Senders: You are responsible for accurately describing parcel contents, ensuring items are legal to transport, and proper packaging of items.

All users: You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information, maintaining the security of your account, and all activities conducted through your account.

6. Payments and Fees

NexLande charges a connection fee to unlock contact information between Senders and Travelers. This fee is non-refundable once contact information has been revealed.

Payments between Travelers and Senders for the actual parcel transport are arranged directly between the parties. NexLande is not responsible for these transactions.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. NexLande does not store payment card details.

7. Liability Limitation

NexLande is a marketplace platform and is not liable for: loss or damage to parcels, customs seizures, disputes between users, actions of individual users, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability of NexLande shall not exceed the connection fee paid for the specific transaction in question.

8. Account Termination

NexLande reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users, NexLande may provide mediation assistance but is not obligated to resolve disputes. Users agree to attempt good-faith resolution before escalating to legal action.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
